Undamaged and unused product may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30-days after receiving your items. Once the returned items arrives back in theebikemotorkit’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will be begin.

  • Returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase;
  • For non-quality related return, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost;
  • For quality related return, theebikemotorkit will bear the return shipping cost;
  • We don’t accept Used products return except it is the product problem or extremely product defects. 

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

  • We have 1-year standard warranty for all batteries and motors(Including the batteries and motor in the Ebike). For controller, LCD or TFT display, it is 6-months warranty. The warranty does not cover the easy wore-out parts (for example throttle, brake lever, tire, cable, headlight, bicycle seat).
  • If you have a quality issue with the product, please contact us at sannykung@gmail.com to help diagnose the problem. If a product does not meet our high quality standard, we will issue you a replacement component or fix your original at no additional cost. Replacement components will only be sent after we have received your returned component or finished an inspection to determine the cause of the problems by product video. 
  • Do-It-Yourself modifications, normal wear, and damaged due to gross negligence or abuse are not covered by the warranty.
  • For light color variation, it is not considered quality problem.

How to Return an Item

  • To start a return, you can contact us at sannykung@gmail.com. If your return is accepted and meet the free shipping return requirement, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • For the return which the buyer need to pay the return shipping cost, please contact us by email to get the return address. Then let us know the tracking number after you ship the items.
  • Your items must be in the original packaging. Or the refund and replacement would not be issued.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: To avoid malicious returns and save our labor costs and time. If the customer claimed the product defective and request return. Please provide product videos to us. We will charge consumers a return fee of 10%~20%, and the return shipping fee is borne by the consumer.

Refund

  • Please send us a notification after you ship the item out and provide a tracking number. After we receive the item you returned and check out that the item is in good condition, we will replace or refund you. This will be issued in 5-7 business days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sannykung@gmail.com.
